Inferior quality pathetic service

I purchased furniture in August. The after sales service is pathetic. The product purchased is of inferior quality and has started to tarnish. I called them and they initially offered for a service provider to examine the product at my cost. I refused as this should be at their cost. To date im still awaiting feedback to my unanswered calls and messages to them. I regret the purchase and would appreciate if they take ownership and assess my damage. Ill never purchase products from them again.
