Home Go Furniture- the worst I have ever experienced!

I am actually starting to think that this company is a ****. Up to 7 days delivery has now turned to a month with no communication from the store. Have been calling everyday to follow up but do I have a couch? I wi****he store manger has a story each and every time you call and promises to call back after 'escalating' your query but trust me, you will have to follow up on a follow up of an escalation. You know what the cool this is? Their refund process is up to 14 working days so they trap you, they do not deliver and you cannot cancel the order as you will have to beg them again for your money. I have never regretted anything more than my purchase at this store.
