Do not waste your time and money with this business!

Absolutely horrible service. Would not advise buying from them. The customer service is beyond poor. Ordered a custom couch from them, they refuse to give any feedback, and made me wait 3 months with the same response "we are busy making your couch and will give you feedback". They promised it will be done in 2 weeks. but it took 3 months, then they phone and say we delivered your couch to the wrong person and they want to keep it so we going to make you another couch. So another month went by and still nothing. I had to drive to randburg to speak to the managers there, who also make promises but don't deliver. After another month, they said they will deliver a complimentary gift to cater for the poor experience. Yip, Guess what, nothing came.
