Can’t do a simple refund

Good day, it’s will great disappointment in myself that I write this review. I bought a couch from Homego on the Black Friday sales. I cancelled the couch the Monday, 1 December 2020. It’s the 8 December & I am still waiting on my refund. They charged me a penalty fee of 10% which I said was fine with me. Which I’m losing & they gaining. No responses, no updates on the progress of my refund I am disappointed. First purchase clearly they don’t need my cash.
