Bad service! ********! Disrespectful
Worst company I’ve ever came across! They are ********!
We made a payment of R10000 on the 12th January 2021 and on 13th January 2021 we went to ask for a refund since we bought somewhere else! They promised to refund within 7 days since the transaction was within 24hrs! We waited! No call, sms or email was made for an update! We called no one picks! When they pick at time they act as if they can’t hear anything and hang up! Till date we haven’t got a call from them or refund!
I won’t recommend anyone to buy from them! They are very BAD and not putting customers 1st!

Must it come to this though before you know how angry and disappointed we are!? I’m not 1st one or the only person with the same complain! Your Facebook page has a lot of complaints as well most are the same as this! You are ********!
You don’t call back! You hang up our calls! You just disrespectful and i doubt I’ll ever believe what you saying right now!
