Theft From Room Safe

<p>On the 26 November 2016 i checked into the Icon Luxury Apartments for a 4 day stay. I had stored my valuables in the safe including cash. On the third day of my stay i discovered that all the cash in the safe was removed. The only people that have access to the safes is the hotel management. I reported it to SAPS and the Hotel management have taken no responsibility and have not have had the courtesy to report the findings to me nor have they taken responsibility of remeding the matter. When i did report it to SAPS the police officer did tell me that he also attended to the similar matter a week before my incident. It is obvious that the owners and managers are thieving from their patrons. Please dont stay at the Icon as your belongings will be ******.</p>
