******* into my apartment from the cleaners

HELLO my experience was really bad i was ****** from the apartment twice, the first time i wasn't sure but the second yes so when i went to speak with the cleaner they told me that she wasn't work at that day and also the second day she also not going to work but told them that i just need to ask she some question the manage just told the the next day will there but nothing then i realize that they know about those case that why they were hiding her, so when i went to booking.com i just saw that it often happen. if they won't to help they should advise us on what is happening. im just disappointed with the place.
