Revolting Harbouredge apartments

We arrived for our stay at Harbouredge apartments only to find they had the bed configuration wrong, along with the apartment being dirty. We requested a refund through booking.com who threw up their hands and would not help. Further to that you cannot get through on their phone number or email address, if you call you get cut off too. Absolutely DISGUSTING service. They have made off with my R7000
