Poor Service

I made a reservation with The Tyrwhitt @ Rosebank Paid for 2 apartments upon our arrival at the reception found Nhlanhla and she told us that the is an outstanding balance of R450. I gave her the POP for the R450 and she insisted that I pay cash and will get the money back tomorrow morning since she is not allowed to hand me over the keys with an outstanding balance despite of being given the POP I went back to reception the following day Nhlanhla was nowhere to be found and the foreigner working at the front desk tried to help me but without any luck The receptionist at The Tyrwhitt is did not only end on taking R450 from me on the same night of the 11 December 2020 Nhlanhla took another R200 from one of us since we were a group and failed to give her a receipt for the payment.

To cut the long story short for me it's a bad service because as from the 9th of December I did sent the POP to Sean 1st, on the 10 th of December I mailed the same POP to Paul. On Friday the 11th I also gave Nhlanhla the same POP and Saturday the 12th I did the same without any good results.

The place is good but their service isn't good at all.
