Excellent and swift customer service by a gentleman called Fidelis. We were having a misunderstanding in terms of my booking as rooms got mixed up and it was a stressful time for a couple of days. But the gentleman, Fidelis, was prompt, listened thoroughly and we fixed the misunderstanding as in yesterday. Thank you Home from Home for Mr Fidelis
