Canal Quay Apartments - disgusting!!!

What a disgrace, arriving at your room with the toilet rim still dirty with ****. Took a wet wipe to wipe the stains off to show them. Had to phone reception three times for the cleaners to come and clean, did not offer a different room. I booked through Agoda, so when i asked the people at reception for a refund they said they can't help me and i must work through Agoda. For almost two weeks now myself and Agoda have been calling and emailing Canal Quays with zero success. Not even one reply!

Customer service is none existing! Don't book your stay with them! You will be very dissapointed.
