Avoid at all costs

<p>Rented two of 'their' apartments at V&A Waterfront. Check in was a farce with monies taken from a cancelled booking through to a new one in direct contravention of booking.com's rules. Asked for an imprint of my card (no way was I going to leave that). Absolutely no information in the apartment. Apartment poorly maintained. Wifi worked for one day. Complaint to Home from Home. Dealt with in the most arrogant way. Absolutely no care or customer focus. And misleading in their advertising as they do not declare they are an agent advertising not the main property (indeed due to the lack of any information in the apartment, didn't even know they existed until departure). </p>
