My family member has her property leased by this company. They found tenants for her and "collects"the rent on her behalf however they spend her money on renovations that was not approved by her and decides not to pay her rental to her because of these renovations. She has asked numerous times for the quotations but to no avail. Speaking to the agent handling the rental is like talking to a brick wall. Her money is ****** from her and they treat her as if she is the tenant and not the property owner. The agent tends to forget that he actually works for her.
