Home Flair in Bassonia de*****s customer!

On the 14 March 2015 I ordered a 3-seater couch and some accessories from Home Flair in Bassonia, totalling about R14,000. On the dame day I paid R10,000.00 deposit. Home Flair (Yolanda Fourie) committed to deliver the goods within 6-8 weeks. From week 6, I started making enquiries on the status of my order, at which point I was told my order would be ready in 2 weeks time. Two weeks later, I got the same message upon enquiring. Every time I would call (if my calls weren't screened and ignored) I was given different feeble excuses by Yolanda, e.g. the brakes of the truck failed while on its way to deliver my goods! This (lies/excuses) went on for 14 weeks, until I cancelled the order and asked for a refund in June. Yolanda asked for my banking details, which I duly provided and this was the last I heard from her. I resorted to getting my lawyers to deal with them. 9 months later, I'm still chasing waiting for my refund! This is grand theft with apparent impunity by Home Flair!
