RE: Rione Labuschagne (East Rand)

SHOCKING experience with the apparent East Rand Branch, had to Deal with an agent by name of Rione Labuschagne (email - ***) I did inspection with her upon leaving and we mutually agreed that id pay for painting, although promises made by owners when signing contract +- 5 years ago were never ever done, but ethically I agreed to it, nothing else was wrong or damaged, weeks go by I still havent recieved deposit returned, messages never responded to or calls never answered, instead I get a long list of 'heresay' expenses totalling my deposit...***@#%!?? Right?? Clearly she has not communicated any of with me or given me the opportunity to fix or repair anything...no communication whatsoever, so only conclusion is that dje has worked together with the owners to keep that deposit, fabricate A list of expenses rather than pay it back, and believes it can just be swept under the rug... now out of principle I will teaching this bunch a lesson.. NB: Be careful of this bunch...I trusted them to easily
