We find Home Evictions on a Internet search when we sit with a huge problem non payment ‘tenant’, We received a Amendament of ****ly from the court to force us residence of the so called ‘’tenant’ We contact Home Evictions in out hour of need, and do a immediate payment for services in advance, and wait. We still wait. There was excuses that they are to busy, we are on their list for help and must wait. Needless to say time is money. Our own legal advocate then help us with negotiations and get rid of our nightmare. I contact Home Evictions and tell them that the problem is sorted out by our own legal team, Home Evictions pay me out of ‘free will’ a percentage of my deposit back. It was a expensive live lesson.

Good day. Thank you for your reply, Yes I can remember this case it was in peak of winter and we were going to assist with your tenant problem. The reason that it took so long was because we were busy with a eviction in JHB at that stage and we cant leave from there to come to you before it was completed. I was happy for you that it was resolved before we got into the car to come to you, as it is with us we did have some expenses and we felt that we need to return a portion of your deposit money back to you, I can recall that you were so surprised that we would do this without you even asking for it, and you gave us compliments because of this.
