Terrible Service

I visited the Cresta branch on Sunday 6 September 2015 and would like to bring to your attention the terrible service received.<br> We purchased 3 items and asked for it to be gift wrapped. The sales attendants wrapped the gifts however 1 of the 2 boxes was wrapped with wrapping paper that didn't cover the box so the lady cut another piece and attempted to cover the open space on the box however she stuck the paper inappropriately leaving a part of the box exposed. I told my mom that it was wrapped badly and so we may need to re-do at home to which another lady appearing to be a manager of sort enquired asking if we were unhappy. I rep**** saying that i was not happy as part of the box remained exposed and she rep**** saying that we are welcome to do it ourselves at home as this is a free service that we were not paying for so if we unhappy we can't really complain as we did not pay for this service. The other sales attendant who wrapped the other box wrapped it upside down and when i tried telling her while she was wrapping she snapped saying she knows what she was doing and will sort it out. I found the service terrible, am quite disappointed and will not be returning to this store.
