Deceptive advertising

I bought a set of pots online and i was told that if i ordee for more than R1000 i get a R200 voucher. Based on this i made sure my order came to R1000+. I placed the order online, when i received it there was no voucher. I was then told that my order came from a store that was not participating in the voucher gift...i stated thatbi did NOT order from a store, i ordered online. So while my friends are all excited spending their vouchers (because their pots came from kzn), I'm here all sour because my pots came from east london. I will not purchase from home etc. Online neither will i recommend them to anyone. Their after sales service is poor. Their advertising is deceptive.
