Cashmere Maxwell Williams range is pathetic quality !

<p>I recently bought 5 Cashmere Mugs - that were not cheap might I add. After only a few uses I noticed that 4 of the 5 got chipped at the top. Surely if you pay that much , these mugs should be of a superior quality - clearly not !?</p> <p>After taking it back to the store , the sales assistant was so useless- telling me that I did not take good care of the mugs - really ?!?</p> <p>I must say I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Home Etc !!!</p>
