Terrible place- avoid it at all costs if you don’t want to lose your money

I ordered something and paid for it, they have been ignoring my emails and calls. I have not received my order and the person handling the whatsap account is very rude and dismissive The customer service is absolutely terrible — no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect for customers.
