Poor quality furniture and service
<p>Purchased and a brand new couch, only to be delivered a model that was kept on the floor for testing. After sending it back, a new couch was sent with scratches. Sales and management have been promising to fix error - 4 days have passed and still no call back. </p> <p>Disappointing service</p>
