"I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO LOWES"!!

I spent $8,799,.00 on my home depot order as i just moved into a new home the day before. from day 1 their were nothing but problems. their were no phone calls on 4 out of 5 of the first deliveries as required by home depot, i called every time but got no delivery calls. their website was completely derelict and not working. items would say delivered when they were not,, dates were incorrect, items were listed in the wrong delivery, etc., etc., .. I was told home depot would deliver everything and i wouldn't have to worry about lifting or moving anything since im a disabled veteran, wrong again! fed ex and ups dropped stuff in my driveway and front steps until i called multiple times and got the truth, that home depot subs out their deliveries to contract workers. I tried calling after items that said they were delivered were missing, I received 1 out of 5 security cameras, I did not receive battery charger for security cameras and an item was broken due to contractor throwing stuff on the ground! they know your phone number when you call, so after missing items and broken items the store stop taking my calls, corporate would take my complaint, put me on hold, then come back and say they have to transfer me, and then I get disconnected. this went on for 2 entire hours until they won, and I got disgusted and stopped calling! Home Depot promised me their would be no issues, they would take care of everything but as soon as i placed my order the problems began immediately! every item that said "order now and get same day delivery, next day delivery or 2 day delivery" a farce! nothing came for 4 days! so all the essentials i needed right away like toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, light bulbs, etc., etc,. came 4 and 5 days later. i had to go to the store and buy items i needed right away! If i had not unboxed lalot of stuff and burnt the boxes i would cancel remainder of order and use my LOWES card! Truly the worst customer service I have ever received, but I should have known better because every time I'm there and ask where something is, they never show you, they point in a direction and say i believe it isle 12 or 16??
