Bad service and *****

12/12/2015 went into store to purchase a bed as I saw the pamphlet in my mail box the morning. But the store prices was different to pamphlet they where giving 15% of good that's where marked down but charging people different prices including manager. If I did not complain and show them the pamphlet I wouldn't have gotten my price I saw there excuse is that they where working on last week's pamphlet? Unrealistic as there are dates for the specials unless they where making a ********* bonus for the self's. Then attitude stinks ant that branch and wouldn't advice anyone to shop there. They delivered my bed on 13/12/2015 @ 14:25 and told the delivery men it's broken they said they can't take it back send me a broken bed and when I call to notify them they said they would collect it Monday but no word from them when I try calling they put phone down. Stikland is a terrible branch I would advice people not to go there as they send broken goods and I have family from UK now they must sleep on the floor as home Depot won't send me proper bed or return my calls.
