Disrespectful behavour, bad attitude and undelivered material

On 15 March 2018, I ordered expresso cupboards from Home Decor Solutions in Silverton. Nothing was done until we went back to change the sizes of materials on 19 March 2018. They promised that we can fetch the materials from them on 21 March 2018. When we call the office on the day they said we must fetch them on 22 March 2018. Again when we call the office they said they took the materials for cutting today. We feel that we are been treated badly as customers. The owner of the company, Mr Luke said we must give him our account number so that he can deposit our money back. The way the owner spoke to me shows disrespect for customers and i feel that he owes me an apology. Mr Luke's number is ********** or ********** .
