Terrible service

Poor after sales service!

Bought 6 Bar Stools but one set of *****s was missing. *****s were never delivered after multiple phone calls.

Finally a time was arranged for delivery of the *****s on Friday at 19:00....no one pitched! Had to drive 45km there and back to the store to pick it up myself.

Terrible service! Not happy at all.
