POOR SERVICE

<p>I called Homecorp in Boksburg on Monday and let one of the accounts lady that I will be settling my account on the 31st August 2016 and she gave me a settlement amount of R2437.72 of which I paid R2438 on 31 August 2016 and sent proof of payment via e-mail to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my suprise I called Homecorp again this morning requesting a paid up letter and the lady says I still owe R309??? I feel this is not fair because I did pay on the last day of the month.</p> <p>I tried my best to settle this account after 3 years struggling now I must pay an extra R309 of which I don't have????</p> <p> </p>
