embarrassment at work

i went on maternity leave and it was a unpaid maternity leave last year so now i am back to work although i have missed some payments i have tried to pay what i owe the shop but the is this JACQUE from HOME CORP WHO CAME TO MY WORK PLACE SHOUTING ABOUT AN ACCOUNT I DIDNT PAY mind you today is the 25 i am only getting paid on the 27 i feel he was not fair and harassing me because now i got a warning if i get fired how do they expect me to pay the account , he has never called me or even come to my place he decides to come to my office without calling!!
