Bedroom suite

I bought a sleigh bed at the abovementioned store in December, it began rattling. I reported to the problem, the guys were sent to try to resolve the issue, a few days later the same problem was repeated. I went again to the store ands the acting manager suggested that I bring it back and take another one and pay the difference. The store manager told me that he won't take it back despite what his acting manager suggested. Please assist, I don't want this sleigh bed anymore!!!
