Miway home content insurance

I took an insurance with miway not knowning what am I getting myself into, i remember corrextly my partner telling me how they are such scavengers, its always difficults to claim with them and they never honour their own terms and conditions of the contract. My debit order goes on the 8th of every month but to my suprise they debited on the 3rd of February and I made a call to ask why but shame, dololo recieving help. I was told that someone will call me back till today. I really want to cancel that contract still no one is helping me
