No customer Service

I have placed an order on the 19th of September. Since then no information forwarded from home cleaning depo. Calls, emails and WhatsApps go unanswered. I bought online 5 days has now passed without any progress status. This is not a professional company, and communication is none existent. This is my first time dealing with this company, so very disappointed.
