Service from hell

<p>I have made a payment of R31700 for a stretch tent at Home bargain 911, to buy and deliver in Ladysmith on 2nd December 2016, that didnt happen. I called Saturday December 3rd i was told that the person( Pamela) i was dealing with is offsick they cant attend my case until she comes back, then requested to speak to a store manager at first she didnt want to listen to me as Pamela was not at work, after some time she told me that shes not aware of my case she have to call Pamela to find out, that i find it strange and promised me to phone me back, she never did so i called her again. I discovered that the tent is ready the courer campany didnt come to pick up then she promised me that on Monday December 5th she will make sure that the tent is delivered then i asked her to write an email to confirm what she has said to me, om my suprice she refused and said she will have to ask the store owner if she can write an email to me stating that the tent will be delivered. Monday December 5th, i called the store again, i am told that the courer campony has not arrived to pick up the tent. I have requested a refund, was told that can only happen next year when the store owner is back from overseas.</p> <p> </p> <p>Devasted Gugu</p>
