****mers. They don't sell what they advertise!

What they advertise is not what they sell. Bought a tent from them last year through a bank and i had given them specifications of what i want guided by what they post on their whats app status.

They agreed to deliver the same tent as seen on whats app. When they were done with the tent i asked them to install it as i am far from them(Limpopo and they're in Durban) should there be anything wrong i won't be able to return it as it is costly. They said they don't install tents so i had to organize a transport for delivery which i did.

When i installed the tent it was not what we had discussed. A completely different tent that i SPECIFICALLY said i don't want. I then spoke to the consultant who initially took my order and she directed me to the manager i explained my frustrations with the tent and they told me that they don't do the kind of tent that they advertise on their whats app statuses everyday. And i requested my refund and they refused

She then asked for the roof of the tent back which they came and collected to my surprise they gave me onother roof which is even worse than what they had initially given me.

I stopped talking to them because they're ****mers they don't sell what they advertise i am so hurt and beyond disappointment with them & will never ever advise someone to buy from them theee worst company that don't deliver according to the client's specification. Nxa!
