Extremely disappointed- Still waiting over a year and a half for mobile kitchen refund after failure to deliver

I am beyond frustrated with Home Bargain 911 Durban. I paid in full, including delivery to Namibia for a mobile kitchen that was supposed to be delivered in December 2023 – and as of today, April 2025, I have received only less than 25% of what I had paid. A year and a half later and they keep making false promises. Barely any communication, I am always the one initiating communication. I ordered the mobile kitchen to use it not because I wanted to donate money and I have lost out on what I should have used it for

I’ve tried to follow up multiple times, only to be met with vague promises and radio silence. This is unacceptable, I am extremely exhausted and just want my money back. I trusted this business with my hard-earned money, and they have completely let me down.

It feels like I’ve been ****med. I demand a full refund immediately. If you’re thinking of doing business with them – don’t. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and financial loss.
