Disgusting service

I have been waiting for my refund on a cancelled reservation since 03 December 2020 ,and I was told to wait for 30-90 days to get my full refund and have yet to see a cent. I further sent an email on the 15 April 2021 with no feedback. Today marks almost 6months and that's half a year of waiting for my own money to be paid back to me . If you try calling them they don't pick up and somebody in charge there called Faldelah is "conveniently" on leave when you want assistance.i won't even bother to mention their pathetic reception lady . I suggest no one ever used their services as they re pathetic ,no intact the whole company is a **** because they send you from pillar to post . I've even sent them screenshots to prove how long I've been waiting. I am tired of waiting I've rune out of patience so I will lay a charge at the nearest police station and on top of that go to talk radio and make this public also I will go and spread this on all social media platforms . Good people do not even think of spending your money here ,they are terrible ******** with poor business ethics.
