Me and a group of friends had the worst experience ever in this place; we visited home away from home on the 23/03/18 and left on the 25/03/18. We had our belongings ****** and the only person who could have done this, was the person who had the same set of keys as us. In this case the only people who had the same set of keys as us was the caretaker Beatrice (old lady) and a young gentlemen ( mid twenties ). This is so sad paying this much on the place and in the end you get your belongings ******, even worse when we addressed the situation to our keepers; they gave us more of an attitude and rudeness instead of empathy. We were told "why us our belongings are missing, this place is usually visited by people better than you" as per the caretaker. And when we informed the owner; he said there is nothing he can do.
