The Worst Commune in Parkmore

Home at Seven star is a commune and a health and fitness centre in Parkmore, Sandton owned by a man called Peri Zouriders. I stay in the commune where we are treated like ****. The commune is filthy, the roofs are brown and give off a smell that can **** anyone, the girls bathroom has no window so the smells and the mould that is growing is just disgusting. We get **** liquid to wash dishes I mean even the lady that cleans complained. The walls are so thin that I can hear the person who is 5 rooms away from me 24/7 so everyone can hear EVERYONE'S business, we have two small fridges amongst 7 people in the house. We don't have a backyard at all. When the gardner comes he only cleans Peris side not oyrs leaving oyr little space at the back full of leaves and filth. We have remotes to the gate but we are not allowed to use them so as a woman coming home late its dangerous because the gate key is the same size at a 5c coin. When he has clients over at 5:45am they make so much noise, even hiting our windows with equipment and not even apologizing, the kids come sit right by our windows and sing and scream at the top of their voices and when we open our curtains to SHOW him we home he still doesnt say anything. Sometimes he'll send us messages telling us to keep quiet in the house for his clients and sometimes we not allowed to have friends over we can't even celebrate our birthdays without him giving us conditions. I remember when my sister and brother in law came to fetch me he just looked at us and didn't even greet us I mean what if that was my mother and father, the disrespect that man has is crazy he is so rude. Peri Zouriders is such a rude and ****** man, yes all his tenants are black but the things he does and says to us are so mean. His centre is so beautiful and clean and he buys the best things for it but for his tenants the people that are actually looking after his house he doesn't care. Even when we complain about things in the house it takes weeks to be fixed because he says he had important things to do for his clients WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE LIVING IN YOUR HOUSE. He won't even give me my deposit back and still owes old tenants. I hope this review can help others that are thinking about livung there because living there was the worst decision I've ever made in my life.
