SHOCKING SERVICE

I am experiencing dreadful service from this Company. It has been 3 months since my claim with Outsurance began to fix the leak in my kitchen, relay laminated flooring and replace kitchen cupboard carcasses. They still haven't finished. Their crew wirks on average 3 days a week for a few hours a day. They have so many excuses for not arriving I could write a book.The owner if the company has never followed up on their progress. If Outsurance do not replace this company I will definitely find a different Insurance company. SHOCKING SERVICE FROM HOME ASSURED AND OUTSURANCE.
