Avoid dealing with this unprofessional shoddy company at all costs. Marcielle who is no more than glorified telephonist needs to learn the difference between COD and upfront payment and this for services not yet provided. They demand payment before ordering the parts, are completely disorganised, rude and shoddy. No small wonder the great team that provided excellent service in the past is no longer with the company.
