I bought a Defy stove from Home Appliances and Gadgets a week ago. They advertised free delivery. I paid R6599,26 for the stove. Now they demand R2500 for delivery. I asked my money back but they put the phone down. They charges me VAT and I see on the Invoice they do not have a VAT number.

Please help me.
