It's refreshing to come across a company that answers their phones promptly, listens carefully to a query, responds appropriately with good advice, makes an appointment for a house-call for further diagnosis, confirms the appointment via SMS the day before, arrives on time for that appointment, and shows a decent level of technical expertise. Having tried three other companies from whom we couldn't even get an appointment for quote, thanks to Home Appliance Specialists for providing a commendable level of service.
