Home & More... Highly Dissatisfied

I'm am utterly disappointed in the service I received from Home and More in Verulam.

A week ago I purchased 2 fitted sheets for my bed in the size Queen (actual size of my bed)... A few days later I tried one on and oddly enough it didn't fit. I assumed that there was probably a misprint on the packaging since it was written by hand. So I repacked the open and went back to the store to return the item, I was told rather abruptly by the sales lady that due to covid there would be no exchanges excepted once the item was opened. Now while I do get the precautionary measures, I don't understand how they expect me to except an item in the incorrect size. I only opened 1 of the 2 same items, why could they not exchange the other. I do know the correct size of my bed, I've been buying sheets for ages now, so clearly the fault is not on me. To just blatantly blame covid and not exchange the item was absolutely disgusting. I feel so ******. In these trying times every little cent counts. So to just spend R100 on items I can't use is very sad. I wont shop there again, nor will I recommend this store to anyone.
