Useless and disgusting customer service
Your customer service is disgusting. Placed an online order for 3x pairs of shoes for my wife as a gift. Your system didn't debit my cr card after confirming payment was made. It's been over a week and still no response from you to resolve this issue... I've now emailed your head office in Australia to report your lack of business ethics and how you are ruining their good name..!!!

08 Feb 2019, 07:46Just to update you, I have finally been contacted back and am very please to announce that due to the efforts of Berenize Warren in customer services I will remain a loyal client of Holster.
Ms Warren has really gone above and beyond in ensuring this matter was resolved. I thank her and only hope more staff in SA will strive to do their job as well as she does!!!!!
