Repair of Holster Shoes

Bought the Holster shoes in December for my holiday paying R800.00 and R600.00 for the two pairs of holster shoes, while walking a shopping centre in Durban the strap of the one shoe broke which I then had to go woolworths in purchase a pair of sandals to wear, the second pair the jewel came off I stuck it on and sent it back asking that they check all the jewels which it seems that they didn't do. As been on holiday the jewel fell off once again, and the other pair which they repaired the strap of is so lose that the shoes don't stay on my feet. paying the price that I did for the holster one expects that the quality will be first class but it seems this is not so. I ve just informed them about this and they've asked that I courier them back to them I feel that this is unfair that I must cover the cost of the courier and of there bad service, ladies out there should know that holster shoes are not reliable in south Africa
