Poor quality and workmanship

<p>I am extremely disappointed in my holster shoes that was purchased 29 November. They have literally been worn on 4 occasions if that! The photos sent through clearly shows that the shoes have hardly been worn and yet have such significant damage. I could have understood if I had fallen or caught my shoe on something or twisted my ankle but this shoe just fell off my foot whilst walking (at a wedding expo I might add, ruining my experience there). My friends and family were always confident in the brand and that should there ever be an issue, we would be assisted. The email responses have not been forthcoming - whilst I understand the 6 month warranty period, the pictures clearly show this pair is hardly worn and defected. I am very disappointed as are my friends and family with the response I have received and thus many customers will no longer be buying these premium (or so perceived to be premium) shoes going forward. </p>
