No Returns

<p>How can you have an online store and a no returns policy on shoes! I've bought from this company</p> <p>3 times so you would think that the shoe size would be the same. But the latest pair are far too small and they have a no returns on sale items or charge you R120 on non sale items. These are shoes for goodness sakes! If they don't fit they need to be changed.....what else am I supposed to do with them?? And they're not CHEAP either.</p> <p>I emailed, but they are standing firm and won't exchange them. So they will have to be shoved to the back of the cupboard until I get over how much I paid for a pair of flip flops that don't fit, and then perhaps I might donate them. </p>
