No communication on refund

I have send in a return on a pair of shoes, the courier picked it up and it has been two weeks. No communication. I have send e-mails, no reply. Can the Holster team just let me know if there is a delay. I just want to know if I will still be receiving my shoes. I can't track my order via the website. It is really expensive shoes.
