Holster SA - Shocking customer service!!!

I bought x 3 pairs of Holsters on the 28th August 2021. They were running an online sale. I paid the amount of R1350.00 for my order (number 596523). The next day the status of my order reflected as cancelled yet the money has been debited from my account. I have been trying to contact Holster SA via Facebook and email with no success. These sandals are very pricey and to pay this kind of money and have this kind of service is shocking to say the least. Holster you have my money either send me my order or give me my money back!
