Excellent customer service

<p>I had to return snaped shoes. I contacted customer service cending them an email. I dealt with Sharon Bornheim, who was very helpful and officient. Under 1 week she organized courier service to fetch broken shoes, a credited them and when i found pair of holsters as the replacement I got them in 1 day. All process went smooth and I am very satisfied customer. Thank you very much for your service.</p>
