CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE!!!!

Your customer service is up to S#*t... after numerous emails on request for exchange due to poor quality of shoes (very disappointed with quality as the material is coming off and rubber soles coming loose after worn twice, offered store credit which will not suffice as bought the special buy one get one free) and now sent shoes back at our own cost but courier company cannot get hold of you, address supp**** by customer service was incorrect...no where is there a contact number that they can use. We then followed procedure as per return policy but still no luck as courier cannot deliver if no one is at address, your working hours from 9am to 3pm, really? no security or drop off box etc.... Your under new management but its gone from bad to worse!!! Very disappointed! Order #595576
