Cancel orders with Zero customer communication

Very poor service received from Holster. Placed my order online and purchased 2 pairs of sandles on sale. The money was debited off my account immediately but when i logged onto the site I saw that my order had been cancelled without any communication from Holster. I queried it with Holster and was told sorry due to no stock my order has been cancelled and i will receive a store credit within 2 days. This is toally not acceptable, i expect my R800 to be repaid as i am not interested in purchasing sandles at their normal price.
